Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
You'll be asked to add a payment method to continue. Nothing is charged automatically while you're trialing.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. Pro and Enterprise both include free onboarding help to import your members.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are refundable within the first 14 days of billing.
